Do I need a repair or a full reroof?

It depends on the condition of your roof and how much life it has left. When a repair is a realistic option, we price it right next to a full reroof so you can compare both, along with our honest take on each. You always get to make the call.

What does a roof repair or a reroof cost?

Every roof is different, so the price comes down to size, pitch, the material, and what we find once we are up there. That is exactly why the estimate is free and done at your home rather than guessed at over the phone.

Do you charge for estimates or roof inspections?

Never. Your estimate is free, and the roof inspection is free too, with no obligation to book the work.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every reroof and every new construction roof we install is backed by a warranty, and we stand behind our work long after the crew drives away.

What happens to my property while you work?

We treat it like our own. Materials are staged so your driveway and yard stay usable, debris is hauled off rather than piled up, and we run magnets over the grass and pavement so there are no nails left behind. When we finish, the only thing you should notice is the new roof.

Do you work with property managers, HOAs, and apartment buildings?

Absolutely, along with light commercial buildings. We handle repairs, tile work, flat and low slope systems, and full reroofs, and we schedule around tenants and access so daily life keeps moving.

It is raining and my roof is leaking. Can you help now?

Give us a call. We tarp during rain, so we can get the roof covered and stop the water coming in, then come back to look at the repair properly once everything dries out.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

Our focus is the roofing itself rather than filing paperwork on your behalf, and that is how we keep our pricing straightforward. What we can do is give you a detailed written estimate along with photos of what we find up there, which is usually exactly what your adjuster needs.

What are my payment options?

We keep it simple and price the work directly, so there is no in house financing program to sign up for. Talk to us about your budget when we come out. Often there is a smart way to phase the work, such as taking care of the urgent repair now and planning the full reroof for later.
